Most orders received will be processed and despatched within 72 working hours. (Please note office hours are Monday to Friday). In some cases merchandise may be out of stock, but expected shortly (usually within 28 days). We cannot be held responsible for changes in suppliers release dates and the availability of goods. We accept backorders for items i.e. new releases or out of stock.

Warranty

Liability is limited solely to replacement of faulty merchandise. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition, for replacement.

A shipping charge will automatically be added to your order for delivery to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. The majority of goods are sent via Royal Mail. Once despatched, most goods are received within 72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) but please allow up to 7 working days for goods to arrive for mainland U.K. destinations.

Republic of Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey and all other non-UK destinations are sent by an international service and are calculated individually on dimensional weight. As some of the items we supply are packaged in large boxes, we advise you contact us for confirmation of cost.

Customer choice and satisfaction has always been our focus and we offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding packing & delivery) provided that they have not been engraved and you return them to us undamaged, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

How to return items

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct postage and send to:

Refund and exchange process

Please allow up to fourteen working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement, within 3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for items not received.

How to cancel your order (applies to private consumers and not business customers)

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, contact us with your details and your instruction to cancel.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
